PC-3180 is a two-component, room temperature cured, rigid urethane adhesive/molding compound that is formulated to have excellent chemical, fuel and temperature resistance (up to 300°F), and superior adhesion to a variety of substrates.
The combination of medium viscosity and quick gelling characteristics of the material yields fast turnover times for filter manufacturing. PC-3180 is also suitable for applications subject to FDA 21CFR175.300 requirements and overall is an ideal, cost effective urethane adhesive for industrial air and oil/gas filter applications.
