General Exhibit Information

All exhibit spaces are a minimum of 100 square feet (10 feet x 10 feet) and can be increased in increments of 10 feet.

Booth Space Price / Rules:

Corner/Line Booths will be $31 per sq ft for INDA members / $37 for non-members. These booths can have a max height of 8 ft 3 inches on the vertical wall on the floor plan. The horizontal wall can be 8 ft 3 inches for the inner 5 ft and a max of 4 ft high on the outer 5 ft.

Peninsulas will only exist as split islands at this show and must be a minimum of 200 sq ft. These will be $30 per sq ft for INDA members / $36 for non-members. Split Islands will share a back wall and that back wall can be up to 16 ft high. The remaining 3 walls of the booth can be open. The back wall of the booth needs to be the vertical line on the floor plan.

Island booths need to be a minimum of 400 sq ft and these will be the only booths with the ability to have a hanging sign. These will be $31 per sq ft for INDA members / $37 for non-members. Island booths can have a max height of 16 ft. Additional rules around hanging signage can be found in the exhibitor rules at the end of this prospectus.

Reservation Deadline — There is no deadline to reserve booth space. INDA will continue to sell spaces until all floor space is sold. Potential exhibitors are encouraged to submit reservations early to secure preferred space on the Floor Plan.

Cancellation Policy — Exhibitors who cancel their booked booth space after June 1, 2026, will forfeit and pay to INDA, as liquidated damages, a sum equal to 100 percent of the full contracted price of the Exhibitor’s booth space.

After June 1, 2026, an Exhibitor who cancels all of their purchased booth space will forfeit any deposit paid toward the Exhibitor’s booth space. The Exhibitor shall forfeit as liquidated damages, the amount set forth above, regardless of whether or not Management enters into a further lease for the space involved. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Dan Noonan, dnoonan@inda.org.

Space Reduction Policy — Should an Exhibitor reduce the size of their contracted booth space on or before June 1, 2026, no penalty/service charge will be assessed. Any payment previously received will be applied to the revised booth fee balance. Any remaining balance above the new booth charge will be refunded up to $5,000.

After June 1, 2026, an Exhibitor who reduces the size of their booth will be charged a fee of 15% of the original booth cost in addition to the charge for the new booth. With this space reduction, Management has the right to reassign the Exhibitor to a different booth space based on the revised size requirements. Space reduction requests must be submitted in writing to Dan Noonan, dnoonan@inda.org.

Early Dismantle — Exhibitors are not permitted to begin to dismantle, disassemble, or clear their booth before the exposition ends at 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Exhibitors who are in violation of this rule will be assessed a fine of $1,000 and INDA reserves the right to refuse the exhibitor a booth at any future events.

Abandoned Freight — Exhibitors are required to remove all equipment, samples, and booth space construction materials from the show floor by the end of the exhibitor move-out period. All materials left behind by the Exhibitor at the end of the move-out period will be disposed of and the exhibitor will be invoiced for the disposal fee as determined by INDA.

Reservation Process

Choose a booth or area that you would like and email Dan Noonan at sales@inda.org with your preferred location as well as at least 1 backup.

The team will respond quickly to finalize the preferred space and pricing. Once agreed to, you will receive a contract and invoice for your booth. The contract must be signed and returned to INDA.

Booth payment schedules will be discussed during this process, all booths must be paid in full by Friday October 23, 2026 or exhibitors will not be allowed to set up.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms will be available to rent at the show. All meeting rooms must be rented for the duration of the show.

Exhibitor rates:

  • $2000 for INDA members
  • $3000 for non-members

Non-Exhibitor rates:

  • $4000 for INDA members
  • $5000 for non-members

Each room is set conference style or U-shaped with as many chairs and side tables as are needed. The set up must be finalized by Oct. 1, 2026. Any room changes during the show will need to be paid for by the renter in addition to the fee.

The digital sign outside of each room will have your corporate logo. If you would like to bring a pop up banner for a better representation, you are welcomed to. Any additional directional signage to the room can be purchased through INDA.

Renters are responsible for any additional costs including, but not limited to, internet, electricity, phones, catering, audio visual equipment, and office equipment.
